Any way to Force Vsync on in the game?

I notice alot of tearing while playing is there a way to turn on or force on Vsync options for this game?

I tried both framelimiter via Rivatuner and setting VSync via Nvidia controls - both results were unsatisfactory. I get rid of the tearing, but the game becomes incredibly jerky in the process.

314.22/Nvidia panel, Vsync ON = perfect stable fps

Yea ATI with Vsync forced on and D3DOverrider both seem to not take the tearing away for me.

I played the game in my friend's house : same problem....
Come on .. this game was release in 2008 in Russia... but hell we get this game only now in Europe ??!!

Too bad.. I won't buy a gears of war's like on my PC....
