is there a place that i can buy large numbers of them?

I know 2 very good places to buy up spider eggs. The 1st is in monteville, the witch who hexed the wizard has I think 40.
Then once you reach Sandy Island, that witch has 60 to buy.
There's probally some other spots to buy some, but not sure where yet.
Going to guess that any additional places are also witches.

Probs did harvest them....but then used or sold them.

The healer hut on monteville has some for me

There's an orc witch on the second orc island Bear Butte that sells 360 of them but first you have to give her 10

yeah but its 15 you have to give her 1st, not 10.
There is also a witch hut on Alaraon, that sells 25 or so.

So to recap, 4 good spots.
The witch/healer in moteville who hexes wizard=40
The witch on Sandy Island=60
The orc witch Xila on Brute Island=360 (but only after completing her quests, 1 which requires 15 eggs)
and the witch hut on Alaron= 25 (the fewest amount, but rather easy to get to if used the 1st 100, and need the 15 for Xila)
