Seems like a lot of quests dont work...........

Hi i did play it now for a while and well, i finisch some quets but they still appear as unfinisched ?

my list so far

annex portland
get a ship for a boy "treasure iland"
the news paper
Science "madam kyri"

Some quests can only be completed far later into the game.
Of those you list, only the Newspaper quest is known to be bugged and uncompletable (the other quest in that case is the Military Department quest).

Annexing Portland should be over, so you've missed something there. Have a look at this checklist for the different steps to the quest: http://kings-bounty-dark-side.wikia.com/wiki/Conquer_Portland
Getting the ship happens in Inselburg, which you may not have visited yet.
Last one I don't remember, sorry.

I did make all Points by Portland!
And I did visit this captain guy on Inselburg !

Have you fought the King ? Is Sauvignon now the ruler of Portland and have you talked to him and sworn him to Darkness ?
If so, it's indeed bugged for you, but since you're the first ever it'd have happened to... It's far more likely that you've missed something.

As for the "Treasure Island" quest, to complete the "get the ship" task, you need to have the Captain deliver the ship to Jimmy and then go back to Portland and talk to Jimmy.
The quest itself will only be completed later, when you find Jimmy on... "Treasure Island".

i have the same problem here.. killed the king of portland, and Viscount is already thr king.. but quest is still not completed (Allies in the fight for the dark cause)..

You need to talk to him once he's on the Throne to swear him to the Dark cause.
Might be simply what you're missing there.

Edit: Actually, in your case, Apoi, it's perfectly normal. That quest only completes near the end of the game, since there quite a few more "allies" to be found.

i did talk to viscount, and nothing happens.. is this normal? and where to go from here? every island i go seems the creatures are 'invincible'?

am level 15 now, 1 black and red dragon.. i played all kings bounty series before, so i know something is missing..

I read the link u shared, and it says after portlan, go to Montville and Isenberg..

The problem is, how to go there? i dont have Montville and Isenberg map.. i only have Atrixus, Whitehill,Dragondor, Portland, Tristrem, Helvedia map only..Thats explain why every creature i see is 'Invincible".. please help again, how to go to Montville..

Have you killed everything on Portland ? There are at least two map guardians there, and one of those maps should be Monteville.

Also, some Guardians can be kited (meaning you can lure them away from the map, so don't need to fight them to get the map). So if for some reason the Monteville map wasn't spawned on Portland (but that seems weird), you could try to kite the Tristem Guardians.
