Spider eggs for flying mount?
I unfortunately dropped a number of spider eggs early on when I thought inventory space was limited. I am now Level 45 and have unlocked all but I believe Oakarland, but am worried I won't be able to complete the game due to lack of the flying mount. I have about 60 eggs now but 40 more seems like a stretch. Is there anyway to get more, I am fine cheating if it's just to get this silly mount.

Most dungeon areas are full of Spider Eggs. As far as merchants that might have them: (Monteville) Healer's Hut; (Bear Butte) Witch's Cabin; (Portland) Bee's Inn [not sure if they remain after kill the innkeeper] are where I've seen them in my current playthrough.

I used all mine fighting at the Black Gate and with the 3 guardian armies around the Shelter. I gathering a few on the same island by going down to Baraz-Gund, more in the Shaman's cave on Tristrem (which I had previously ignored), but most from Amazonia where, ironically, you can't flay even with wings!

i saw quite many places u can buy them from, and they are cheap. Remember not to dispose of any items unless u are pretty sure they arent needed. inventory space is unlimited and u can sort those frequent use items to the top of your inventory.

Bear butte ended up having eggs for sale after completing much of the quest chain that I had previously overlooked, thanks! Since people have been so helpful, are there specific flying "secret" areas anyone wants to share?

You'll notice on your mini-map that in places there are golden stars indicating loot in areas you can't reach w/out flying. A few in Portland (near the vampire castle); Monteville; et al. I always flag them before I get the flying mount, and come back to them later. (Oddly enough, I've started a new game as Bagyr, and I don't see these things on my mini-map, much to my annoyance.) Presumably you've been to the flying islands in Drokkentier (?) and fought those fights already. If you snagged the 3 princesses there, return later for another fight where you got them from! If you're running Neoline, there's a special fight up there for 1 of your 3 companions.

Almost every island has areas accessible only by air. They're usually very small though.

Sometimes it's a stat buff, sometimes it's unusual stuff (like the House of Jotun on Darenbam).
