Instead it is just, +3 Morale to Undead, Orcs, and Demon, and +1,000 leadership.
No to -10 requirement.
Those exact bonuses are for the title "Lord of Netana". It is possible you got it if you did the Demon lands last, as that is the title you get for re-conquering all the islands/areas from the base game. One of the few titles that actually trigger when they are supposed to:

Are you sure it was not the "Lord of Netana" title? Or did the inventory screen actually say "Idol of the Orcs, Demons and Undead", but was giving the same bonuses as Lord of Netana?
Out of all the bugged stuff in Dark Side, most of the titles not triggering when they should is probably the worst one. The only somewhat working titles are:
1) The Last Hope of Darkness
2) Nightmare
3) Lord of Netana
4) the one for conquering the Elven lands, can't remember the name.
There is one buggy one. I've had it trigger back in 2014 in my first playthrough with Orc, but never again. Got it for conquering the dwarven lands. Baraz-Gund first, then after the battle with the king in Dragandor, I got this title:
1) Dwarvesbane
And then there is the one I mentioned in the OP, which can't be normally accepted due to instant loading screen.
1) Idol of the Orcs, Demons, and Undead
So basically, you have a choice from 4 titles out of the potential 14 which are present in the game files. Dwarvesbane was probably bugged in some later patch. Because when I replayed the game 3 years later as a Vampire, I didn't get it to trigger. Made a thread about it here:

Now I'm playing through the game with Demoness and again, got only offered The Last Hope of Darkness and Nightmare. And I've already conquered the dwarves so it seems Dwarvesbane is gone for good as I wasn't offered it again.
EDIT:
GREAT NEWS. I managed to successfully get this title in my demoness playthrough!!!!! Here is a screenshot as proof: https://pasteboard.co/sIQujDgT6ff9.png
Doing Atrixus first and Helvedia second, this title was offered to me after beating the garrison commander and the demon lord. Unlike the ending of Atrixus with the unfinished final fight and the game spitting you out into the prologue version of Atrixus instead of the normal one, I could accept it without issues in Helvedia.
It gives the proper bonuses, including the leadership reduction. The state of my game was that everything was finished, except Aralan (not even visited yet).
THEORY:
It highly likely, that this title requires you to reconquer the "homelands" of all the playable characters. That is Portland/Monteville for Daert, Tristrem/Bear Butte for Bagyr and Atrixus/Helvedia for Neoline. It would make sense as conquering everything is a different title (Lord of Netana).
Also, it might be required to report that you have done so to the 2 characters you are not playing as in the Spirit's castle. The script responsible for the title might be checking for all of this and could be the reason why many people can't even get this to trigger. It is by far the best title you can get if you stick with the 3 main evil races.
Yup this seems to be the way to get Idol of the Orcs, Demons, and the Undead.

I beat Portland/Monteville, then Tristem, Atrixus, Bear Butte and Helvadia in that order and it worked. Also spoke to the characters after their Homeland was freed, and both Orcish lands freed spoke to Bagyr (but didn't get the chance/need to tell Neoline that both Demon lands were freed since got the Title as soon as Helvadia was freed).
I also skipped finishing most of the other places (Except Baraz-Gund, but left the now trivial Dragandor with a good bit to complete and liberate) in order to try to get this Title in a timely fashion, but even still it is late game before this is acquired (normally Helvadia by itself is pretty late game before one completes it). So while its nice to have and is a great Title, it still can't be acquired when one would want it most, so it should just be viewed as an ultimate payoff for going with one of the 3 dark races (which one should strive to do anyways, if only due to the great artifact bonuses such as +5 resistance to one of the 3 main dark races and +5 crit to it as well etc).
