can't make the teleporter
I have the two peices for the teleporter but when i talk to the engineer he wont make it

do u have #1 wings of wind (buy from smuggler in Portland) and #2 scroll of teleport (buy in anywhere in the shops)? And go to Marie Curie (research division).

Do Tradesmen. Can not say exactly. Scrolls, artifacts in each game downloaded accidentally.

Castles sell scrolls. You gotta find them sadly as I think the above poster is trying to say - they are random each game.. It pays if you have some to sell to dump them all at one place... if you can find a safe one that wont change by quest sometime into the game.
