Act 3 Stormwhisper (SOLVED)
So I need to find this ship at the harbor in Greyshaft...and there are only two. The thing is the quest wont update and there is nobody around to talk about it in the whole harbor part of the city. Where am I supposed to go?? Plis help

crystals_03 (Talk to Devin)
crystals_04 (Find Devin)
crystals_05 (Question the alchemist)
crystals_06 (Ask about Devin on the farm)
crystals_07 (Bring the alchemist the supplies)
crystals_08 (Look for clues in the Hound)
crystals_08a (Sit with the man in the corner)
crystals_09 (Contact the recruiter)
crystals_09a (Follow the recruiter)
crystals_09b (Talk to the man in the corner)
crystals_10 (Find a man with a red band)
crystals_11 (Find Lambert)
crystals_12 (Extract information from Lambert)
crystals_13 (Find the Stormwhisper)
crystals_14 (Find the captain)
crystals_15 (Complete the job)
crystals_16 (Search the cabin)
crystals_16a (Search the captain's cabin)
crystals_17 (Follow the map)
crystals_18 (Explore the cult's cave)
crystals_19 (Look through Kormak's things)
crystals_20 (Read from the Ancient Lectern)

Your instructions are correct but you must start with
crystals_13 (Find the Stormwhisper) -> set to 1
then crystals_14 past crystal_15 -> set 0 then 1 each
at last crystals_16a (Search the captain's cabin) -> set to 0
open the chest with: openchests 200
read the letter/ map

The guy in the swamp "Gird" attacked me and i could only defeat him with conterattacks (no activ attacks or combos)! After death the door will be open.

On the right hand ship there should be a dude stood on the gang plank who won't let you on. If he ain't there then I'd say your quest is fubared. The captain you need after this is to the left of the gang plank down the pier - i tell you this coz i lost hours searching everywhere based on what the npc says on the gang plank

I’ve told myself that many times, but in the end I always found a solution!
I hope so!
But I’m wondering if maybe it was the guard on one of the ships that I killed a long time ago who might have been the NPC I was supposed to talk to… I’m not really sure.
I’d say that one of the two ships must be the one belonging to the guy who wanted to sell you his spot for 5000.
So the other ship should be the one we’re looking for.

He is not there at the plank...........I walked up to him 10s of hours ago and spoke to me, I said something with a skill check and he attacked me...WTF broooooo. Why even have that encounter??? I thought it was part of another main or side quest like back in Act 1..

Just go to the end of the pier then and see if the captain is there, you might be able to skip that step. Or try going on the boat, for me the npc said oh the captain doesnt tell us where he goes, hes probably in a brothel or tavern.....then turns out hes like 5 metres away at the end of the pier.

You could visit the stone pillar thing that tells you all the mobs and named npcs you have killed - if that captain is on the list then maybe you broke the quest or you have the quest item in your inventory.

Aw man yea there is nobody I can talk to on that pier....and nothing happens when I go on the boat (there is a chest that requires a key tho). Where is this stone pillar? Did not know it existed

Its in some ruins in freemen terrirtory where the alpha hobster is. Its a big gold ornament thing.

I,m in the same situation, only 2 ships and no npc,s are appearing to talk to. Have you managed to find a solution?

Just spent half an hour searching before I found your comment, NPCs in this game give the worst directions

Description of the captain, Red hat, probably at the brothel... Literally next to the ship, bald with a blue headband.
