Quest Help: Running Errands

I'm in the prison in Act 4 and I've been tasked with getting smokes for Harper in the quest "Running Errands."

I have checked everywhere in cell block A, and can't find any smokes. I also can't trade or really talk to anyone because I helped the Exile. Where the hell are these smokes for Harper?

i bought some on first trader i met in the cell block i spawned first floor i think, its some kind of weed.

So if you leave Cell Block B without buying it, and then help the exile in Cell Block A, you have soft-locked as you can't buy from the second trader and can't go back to Cell Block B?

Yea, buy everything You can and pick up everything You can, when You can, seems to be the rule for the Prison/Boorma.
