LacrimaCastle, specifically the FAQS section[lacrimacastle.net]. Those event items can't be fully obtained in one-run, like you have to forfeit a event item, to get another event/item.

Wait, just read again... 13 years old guide hahaha, but yeah rn currently converting the guide for personal use for better clarity.

I think there was only one item added between GBA and PSP version (which would be Banango Peel, obtainable through failing the QTE before the first bathing scene). And I don't think that the requirements to get the other event items changed.
So as long as the guide is complete, it should work even if it's 20 years old.

Since many items are locked behind choices and different paths, it's impossible to get all of them in one play-through. However, for completionist sake, the game will remember the item being picked up in the extra content item menu regardless of your save file; this includes learning and using their over-skill (but not the stats of learning said over-skill). What I recommend doing is using the new auto-save feature to explore all path choice possibilities in order to obtain all the items in a given level, and learning their over-skill as well. This WILL tarnish the experience of the game deeply, so I advice doing this only after beating the game normally. Additionally, keep in mind that certain battle and event items are locked behind choices from midway throughout the previous chapters (the diamond teardrop being a great example), therefore, even save-scumming has it's limited uses.
