Managed to get my perfect cup of tea -now how do I serve it?

I tried the esay level and could not complete. What was missing?
- Tea bag - ("greened")
- Hot water (1) <- not green when I drop 1 water
- And put on de tray.

I used the 'british flaged' mug

Whatever mug you use doesn't matter. The drop of water must have landed outside the cup and thus it wasn't acknowledged, just try again :)

Make it easy on yourself and put the tray up against the hot water dispenser and then place the cup on the tray. Do everything else after that.

I need help. I added water, the teabag, unsweet, and black. They're all green and my mug is sitting on the tray. I heard a ding but I haven't gotten another order. Any suggestions?
