I have a couple of Questions. Is their anywhere a public Toilet an Shower? Which shoud i do get good Money in the early Game?

There is no public toilet/shower yet, so you have to buy them.

Some people suggest betting your money on Plane website, and load your save if you lost too much of your money. But I personally just deliver food and enjoy the game. Someone also said you can pawn the doll for a good money. Don't forget to post daily to Fakegram because the payout in later game is huge.

I really enjoy the bike riding for the delivery job

I believe at the moment eating, toilet, and bathing only impacts mood and maybe the rate energy drops while streaming. You can do delivery jobs pretty much nonstop if you want.

At the start, prioritise getting a bath/toilet first. There's $100 in the coffee shop where you get the starter pc from. Upload a photo to fakegram every day. Don't worry about streaming at all initially, just earn money from delivery jobs until you have both a bath and toilet and then you can begin to stream (once you can fulfil your needs, your mood improves and streaming with a low mood is just inefficient). Upgrade your 'net speed and stream without a cam for a while. Purchase premium ads and premium anti-virus and then you can go in whatever direction you wish.

You can earn money much faster with gambling on the plane game but that's complete RNG and requires multiple reloads. The way I posted above is the quickest way I've found so far that doesn't involve save scumming.
