Naked Character and game does'nt start

I have just bought the game, it work at the start i was just making my character and when i was done i clicked on start streaming nothing happend, restarted the game and my character was naked and couldn't start the game and the background with the cat in the main menu was bad Quality! i havwe seen many people with the same problem it's strange, this game looks so fun and i have never seen a game that really uses AI and this game does and i think it's sick! please fix this bug before 14 days or im refunding the game
