I need late game advice

So far absolutely loving the game, the inclusion of the cutscenes progressing the relationship is great.
i am however at the point where we are married. the bar is stuck at the beginning we have had sex 21 times. all ending in positive compliments. but the "mood" dropped to "normal sex drive" and the chance of Pregnancy has never moved from 0.00%

if anyone knows where i go from here i would really appreciate it, because at the moment i feel like all i'm doing is repeating the same thing over and over and not getting anywhere.
