Originally Sex Formula was supposed to have 3 years of development, but he released his game after 2 years of development because people asked him to release his game earlier, so he couldn't finish his game as he wanted.
Updates are planned to add content, be patient.
And you have games that have the same price with less content, even more expensive games are not better in terms of content.
If you take ILLUSION studio games, there was never a lot of content, and their games were priced at a triple A price.
So from my point of view the game is ok compared to other adult games.
As seen with the progression of their releases.

This will only result in fewer sales..
Wait for a sale people...
The author of the thread must not have played ILLUSION games to complain about the price.
So the game author caved and released early. I am not looking to pay for today for what the game might be tomorrow or never. That’s what early access is for. This is not early access.
I know I can just choose not to buy it and that’s the plan but figured maybe someone who enjoyed the game itself might have had a different take on why it is worth so much money before dismissing someone’s work like that.
I've never played AVN games, so I'm not familiar with their content. But before criticizing the content and price of Sex Formula, I recommend playing ILLUSION's games, which are sold at triple-A prices, but their content mostly relies on community mods to enhance the experience. Once you've tried these games, you can compare and criticize the price and content of Sex Formula with a better understanding.
As for me, I prefer to buy a game that focuses on quality over quantity. The creator is still working on updates to enrich the experience, and he is also very responsive to player feedback. He does his best to add features requested by the community.
If you compare it with his first game Perfectlover and his second game Succubus Café, you'll see that the gameplay has improved, especially with the foreplay part. However, he removed the three levels with the sex scenes that were present in Succubus Café. I hope he brings this feature back in his next game.
