How to get a faint memory and truth achievement in Route 8?

Maybe it has something to do with anomalies 19 and 49, for some reason those in the anomalies menu, those do not start with the signal at 0 but at 1, or maybe it is just a bug

When I saw the Steam's main page of the game again (this day), there are only 4 achievements. Faint Memory and Truth Achievement have gone. But, those two achievements are still appear in my steam library

They're still broken after the supposed Oct update for me so just have to wait for a real fix I suppose.
