Weird volume control?

I was playing on day 20 and doing the whole, "Where's the key this time?" thing. As I was walking to the stairs that leads to the entry overlook, a volume slider appeared on the right side of my screen. It went down and the music stopped playing. At first, I thought I might have done something on my keyboard that activated some Windows volume control, but I didn't. On top of that, the volume control that appeared on the screen was huge and pixelated and looked like a Windows 7 style slider. (I'm using Windows 10 and running the game at 1440p.) Afterward, I walked through the same doorway a few more times and then the volume turned back up. Never saw it again... That happen to anyone else? This happened to me on stream, so I do have a recording of it. Just need to highlight it...

kkkkkkkkkkkk I have watched a full gameplay of the game in Youtube and also happen the same strange thing! And the player became terrified too, hahaha. It's possible that it's in the game code only for scare more!

Or is just a bug.

This is for sure no bug, this is a feature that should make players afraid ;)
