the game keeps crashing and you have to restart every time what is going on

My game told me that my save game was corrupted and that I have to start a new game ( and new profile).
I guess this was caused by a bug in the game: As soon as I was able to grab that vial form the fountain the vial reappeared very time I looked again in the water. So at this point in the game it is possible to get all vials without the necessary progress which corrupts your save game.

Same happened to me today.

Me too. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the entire game, began playing again, and again the save game file was "corrupted" and vanished. I want to finish the game, but there's no way I can play it end-to-end in one session, and it's rather foolish to keep starting over and over hoping the save game will survive. What should I do?

This time I played the whole game thru to the finish and pressed exit .and when I went back to show my friend that I had finally beat the game after 3 tries (being told twice that I would have to start again ) it said corrupted save files start again. WHAT THE HECK ??? Oh,well maybe that is part of the game ,,,to drive us crazy ??
