Player Submitted Tracks Frequently Cause Game to Lock Up

I've replicated this about half a dozen times now. Any downloaded track submitted by a player has a chance to lock up the game when selecting "Retry," and the only thing to do is go in Task Manager and end task on the game. Is there a fix for this?
