Grasshopper Configuration
Hi there Queen Developer, here are my suggestions for grasshopper configuration;
1> Allow us to assign grasshoppers to individual schools (so they do not travel between schools)
2> Allow up to 3 grasshoppers per school
3> Allow us the ability to assign them to;
1. Repair Only
2. Clean Only
3. Do Both (sliding bar, or check box to assign).
4> Have grasshoppers attend to the nearest job first
5> Have grasshoppers not double-up on jobs (once a job is assigned to a grasshopper, the other two cannot perform that same job)

This will allow us to keep a health school operating, especially when you open the second one.

At the moment the problem I am seeing is due to having two schools, and so much equipment, the grasshoppers are not keeping up and wandering between schools takes too much time. It is very difficult to maintain a >80 happiness score due to this reason. The above fixes will produce a smooth running school.

Hi Dear Andy 😊 Very good ideas. I have increased 3 grasshoppers to 5 and I will include number 4 into my this update and update is coming very soon. I have written number 3,4 and 5 to my to do list. 👍 Especially number 5 is very important. It creates glitch currently. Thank you so much

Yes, the suggestions are good. But when the grasshopper does everything without any problems, there will be no work left for us.

What makes the game good is your own efforts. If the grasshoppers do everything, then the users will not be able to find anything to do and may get bored with the game. Therefore, this balance must be established well.

I would like to give an example from a different game. There were 6 jobs to be done in the game. The staff could be assigned 2 different jobs at the same time. The number of employees was 2. We could give a total of 4 jobs to the employees. In this way, 2 jobs would always be left empty. You would separate the 2 jobs you wanted to do for yourself and do them. In this way, you would have the difficult and unpleasant tasks done by the staff. You would separate the enjoyable jobs for yourself. You would not get bored with the game and the staff would do the cleaning job you did not like. In other words, even if there is an assignment, there should always be tasks that we will have to do.

Finally, it is necessary to distinguish between those who put effort into the game and work hard and those who work little. If the staff does everything, then open the game, sit down and watch. The game progresses on its own and there is no need for effort. This would be extremely boring. For example, my idea was to have a staff for student registration. But when I thought about it this way, I gave up. Let's register students only when we are there. In this way, it will be clear who is working hard and who is not. If a staff does this, then everyone will have many students.

At the same time, the harder it is to increase student motivation, the better the game becomes. Otherwise, everyone is highly motivated and students come to everyone. This should not happen. I hope I could explain what I mean. In other words, even with one or two hours of playing, 100-200 students can be registered. I think the numbers could be more realistic. Less number of students. We can already view 50 students at the same time. If it were up to me, I would increase the student payment prices and reduce the number of students. The more difficult a game is, the longer it can be played and you won't get bored. There should also be strategies according to people's preferences. In this way, those who proceed wrongly win less. Those who do right will win more.

Competition is another element that makes a person addicted to a game. The more competition, the more fun. The harder, the better. However, difficult does not mean that progress stops. It should be slow. Progress in some games is so difficult that we give up playing because it is difficult.

Anyway, have a system. Don't go beyond that system. Additions and removals can be made without breaking the system. The main idea is to always progress. Have fun everyone :)

Oyunu güzel yapan şey kendi emeklerin. Her işi çekirgeler yapar ise o zaman kullanıcılar yapacak birşey bulamaz ve oyundan sıkılabilir. O sebeple bu dengeyi iyi kurmak lazım.

Farklı bir oyundan örnek vermek isterim. Oyun da 6 yapılması gereken iş vardı. Personellere aynı anda 2 farklı iş atanabiliyordu.Çalışan sayısı 2. Çalışanlara toplam 4 iş verebiliyorduk. Bu sayede her zaman 2 iş boşta kalırdı. Hangi 2 işi yapmak istersen o işleri kendine ayırıp yapardın. Bu sayede zor olan hoşuna gitmeyen görevleri personellere yaptırırdın. Zevkli işleri kendine ayırırdın. Hem oyundan sıkılmaz hem de sevmediğin temizlik işini personel yapardı. Yani atama olayı olursa bile her zaman bize yapmak zorunda kalacağımız görevler olmalı.

Son olarak oyuna çaba verip çok çalışan ile az çalışan insanları ayırt etmek gerekiyor. Personeller her işi yapar ise bu sefer oyunu aç otur ve izle. Kendi kendine oyun ilerler ve çabaya gerek kalmaz. Bu son derece sıkıcı olur. Mesela benim fikrim öğrenci kayıtları için bir personel olmasıydı. Fakat bu şekilde düşününce vazgeçtim. Öğrencileri sadece biz varken kayıt ettirelim. Bu sayede çok çalışan ile çalışmayan belli olur. Bunu bir personel yapar ise o zaman herkes çok öğrenciye sahip olur.

Aynı zamanda öğrenci motivasyonu yükseltmek ne kadar zor olursa o kadar oyun güzelleşir. Öteki türlü herkesin motivasyonu yüksek herkese öğrenci geliyor. Bu olmamalı. Umarım ne demek istediğimi anlatabilmişimdir. Yani bir iki saatlik oynama ile bile 100 200 öğrenci kayıt ettirilebiliyor. Bence sayılar daha gerçekçi olabilir. Daha az öğrenci sayısı. Zaten aynı anda 50 adet öğrenci görüntülüyebiliyoruz. Bana kalsa Öğrenci ödeme fiyatlarını arttırır öğrenci sayısını azaltırım. Bir oyun ne kadar zor ise o kadar çok uzun süre oynanır ve sıkılmazsın. Ayrıca insanların tercihine göre stratejiler olmalı. Bu sayede yanlış ilerleyenler az kazanır. Doğruyu yapanlar çok.

Rekabet bir insanı bir oyunda bağımlı kılan diğer bir unsur. Ne kadar çok rekabet okadar zevk. Ne kadar zor o kadar güzel. Fakat zordan kasıt ilerlemenin durması değil. Yavaş olması. Bazı oyunlarda ilerleme okadar zor oluyor ki bu sefer zor olduğu için oynamaktan vazgeçiyoruz.

Her neyse bir sistemin olsun. O sistemin dışına çıkma. Sistemi bozmadan ekleme çıkarmalar olur. Anafikir her zaman ilerlesin. İyi oyunlar herkese :)

Put simply if I run my own school I could employ as many people as I want, this is life.
In a game, we should have the ability to employ more people if we wish. You don't have to, this is your choice, however don't limit everyone's playing style to your own idea. Allow others free choice.

The other idea of having a staff member be able to hire new students is also a good idea, and would be a welcome inclusion into the game. Again, if you don't want to you don't have to - but allow players the flexibility of running a school in the way they would like.

Your perspective is good. I agree with your idea. But I would like to share my own opinion. When you have your own business, you cannot hire as many staff as you want. You hire staff according to your budget and customers. If a workplace had an unlimited budget and unlimited staff rights, doing that job would be boring. Because you would have no goals. You know that even in real life, people who do not have goals do not enjoy it at all. Therefore, achieving everything and doing everything you want would end your goals. After a while, there would be no meaning.

Playing games is like that. Earning more money, adding more students. Competing with more competitors. If there were no rival students in the game and they would not attack you, then there would be no point in educating students. Yes, your students are unlimited. Yes, your students are high-level. But what is the point? If the other rival student is a student, then there would be meaning. Because your goal begins to form. Competing not only with the students in the game but also with people in real life causes people to register and develop more students. So let's say the game is unlimited. Your money is unlimited and you have bought everything you want. You have hired as many staff as you want. Then what would be your goal? How long will this continue? Let me tell you. The game will have no purpose, you will play for a few more days and then you will get bored and look for other ways.

Finally, you do not have to do this. You say that we can hire as many staff as we want and those who do not want to should not hire. Of course, I agree with this idea. However, it should be balanced. As I mentioned above, there should always be a goal. A challenge. There should be competition. If we make the number of staff unlimited, this time it should be very expensive. It should be expensive so that when you gain something, you lose something. In fact, it is unlimited but actually limited. In this way, those who want to hire staff can hire and reduce their budget. Those who want to increase their budget hire fewer staff. This is freedom. Freedom is not having everything. Freedom is using what you have as you wish. However, personnel wages are very low right now. Everyone can hire and pay as many staff as they want. This is what I am talking about.
