liteCam HD: Capture twitch.tv Live Stream

I will say this
You guys didnt even finish fixing your last one. We wanted the availability to edit our videos in vegas and everything. So instead of fixing your software the first time around, you guys turned around and made another one. Done, just done. I supported you guys and tried to help others out that a hard time using YOUR software, then you turn around and do this.

Hello

Thank you for your support, we really appreciate it. We have been trying our best to fix issues customers are facing and we never ignore customer's feedback.

When you posted this issue on February on the liteCam Game, the codec which support Vegas was not there, however on March, we released an update where a new codec which support Vegas was released. Below is the link and license code for the new codec "RSUPPORT MJPEG Codec"
http://www.innoheim.com/download-hd.php?link=rmjpeg(101)_setup.exe
The license code is: ABDH-GFGQ-JKKL-NNOT
Install it and try it out.

Anytime you encounter other issue, let us know. Our email is litecam@rsupport.com.

I am sorry guys, I just saw this and had a flash back of another company that did something similar and they did ignore us. Really sorry for snapping off like that.

I'm new to video editing, so the above thread is a bit over my head. I own Vegas Movie Studio HD 11. I'm trying to open/import the videos I've created with your application into Vegas. It will not open any MP4 files. When I save the files as AVI, it will open the sound file, but the video is blank. I installed the program you mention in the link in the thread above, and it asked for my Premier 5/6 or Pro folder. No clue what that was. What is this, and where is this folder? Which one do I choose? Upon starting the program, it said No Default AVISynth default folder. Shocker...

I need to import/open MP4 or AVI files created in your program and perform BASIC editing on the videos: clip stuff, add a few titles here and there.

What am I missing?
