When try to start multiplayer, the game says: "Network Error. Cannot Connect to the Internet."

Hello, I've been having a problem with two of the campaign achievements. The ones for Sacred Alliance and Sublime Gate have not been awarded to me even though I've finished the whole campaign. I tried starting a second game and just finished the Sacred Alliance one, yet have not unlocked the achievement for it. Is it a bug or am I missing something? Is anyone else experiencing this?...

I just bought the game recently, and I do know it's in early access hence the few players on. Hence I'm searching if there are any players from Asia or Australia so we could hopefully play on comfortable close time zones :) When we can get an adequate amount, we can see to scheduling some 4 player free for alls or 2vs2s :)...
