Alvin's Halloween CG?

I've just done Alvin's route (which is super cute) but I can't seem to get the halloween cg for him? I've tried looking up stuff about it and I've tried having 100+ intelligence, 3.0+ GPA, watched the Moonlight Avenger movie before halloween and wore the Magic girl costume to the school halloween event with no luck. Any tips on how to get it and I would be suuuper grateful!

Hum... did you watched knight errant and got the event where he invites you to a viewing session before halloween?

Yeah and I picked the "Tell him all is forgiven" option. (I remember because of his nerding out about Sian knowing John). I must be missing something but I can't figure out what :/

This is what I did when I got the CG, tutor with Alvin every monday, raising Sian's GPA, get his number and buy the magical girl outfit for halloween event, wear it and you should be able to bump into Alvin during the halloween event to get this CG.

I have just tried to follow your advice and this is what happened. I tutored with him every single monday up until halloween. I also got my GPA around 4.0, watched the Moonlight Avenger movie just in case and bought the magic girl costume. I didn't get his numbers even though I saw him every week and I only managed to get the Knight Errant movie night on 10/26 at the earliest? Is there another way to get his number quicker or something? When I played his route I remember I only managed to get his number a couple of weeks before christmas.

I GOT IT! Turns out on the viewing night, I selected 'Tease him' instead and I bumped into him on halloween! Looks like that was the only thing I had to do :) Thanks for the help!

Really? Weird, I didn't tease him and I bumped into him at Halloween. O_O Was your fashion stat higher the time you got the CG then the time you didn't?

My fashion stat was 7 both times (I only worked to get the costume and some books) and the only thing I did different was the 'Tease him' choice? My best guess is that the way to get it changed because of the update?

Finally completed Alvin's route and I think I got every CG.

What I did (so someone can test if it works???)

Go running to start tutoring, then concentrate to raise Sian's grades. I went running a few more time during the common route, but it doesn’t seem to trigger other events, so avoid raising fitness because it lowers your grade.

Go to every tutoring session.

Once your grades are over 3.00, concentrate on raising fashion. I started blog writing when fashion was over 150, in case it influences events or something. However, I think fashion and intelligence are more importants.

Bought and used every stat-boosting books as soon as possible, especially the knight errant series and moon avenger (since Alvin is a big fan).

Make sure you don’t work on Halloween day but accept every other opportunity for jobs.
Go to the school festival and wear the magical girl costume.
You should get his phone number after the Halloween event.

From then on, hang out on weekend with him as often as possible (I went on 7 dates while on the common route, not sure how many are necessary). At the arcane, his favorite games seem to be zombie hunter and the racing car. Fatigue can be tricky to manage, so make sure you eat plenty of soup. Favorites foods are the salad and the sandwich.

Go to tutoring during Christmas week, give him the knight errant figurine (bought at the ??? shop) or the Moonlight avenger special edition (at the bookstore). Buy both so you can give the other one at his birthday (July 5). I didn’t accept any job during Christmas in case there was an event with Alvin. There wasn't. :(

For choices during events, this is what I picked…
- Accept his offer of having a viewing session.
- During the viewing, say you forgive his geekiness.
- Take your time to eat the cupcake.

If you did everything correctly, the 1/9, Alvin will call you to meet at the café. Accept his tutoring job offer and tadam, Alvin’s route’s on!

By the 1/10, those were my stats
Intelligence : 191
Fitness : 37
Fashion : 172
Charisma : 124
Popularity : 38


Once on his road, there is a bunch of events that look like they could be missable but I am not sure how you get them and what happens if you miss them. I finished with max intelligence, max fashion and 4.0 grade.

- Early in February, go to the bookstore, pick that you want to read the serie for yourself
- Once you unlock the gamego, go twice to meet Alvin who will tell you he bought the demon of edo game. Buy it to trigger a scene the next time you go tutoring.
- During spring, go on a date to café diem and you'll have an event.
- Win the television award for best makeup and you will have an event next Monday.
- Continue to go on dates so you can see every movie with him to have all his comments. 8)
- Don’t forget to check your emails to make sure to get the tickets for the renaissance fair.

I've followed every Alvin walkthrough I can find as closely as possible and I fail every single time. I've tried like 20 times now,
please, do you have any other tips? am I missing something?

Its been a while since I played and from what I remember Alvin's route is pretty much the most difficult route to even get onto because it's not clear what you have to do :/ I would say that venkyru's tips are great so maybe try those? I'm pretty sure it took me around 20+ times trying until I finally got everything right. Also maybe try looking up some more recent walkthroughs because when I did it the game was still in beta. Try to also focus on getting his number early on beause for me I would eventually manage to get it but it would be too late within the game to initiate his route so getting his number is pretty key. Sorry I'm not much help :l

What I got to work for me is that I bought the Knight box set and watched it before the event to watch it togethert happened and I chose the option to tease him. Also along with getting my grades and intelligence up I focused on Fashion as well. It wasnt really high around 50 and I bougth everything at the book store.
