Producers Ending

I'm at lost at what to do. I've tried following this guide to get the producer ending but for some reason I still keep getting the normal ending.

I want to know how anyone managed to get this ending. I maxed out her fashion, popularity and charisma in the end, I won the award, I got all the scenes with Rachel (I asked to look for the script, had her email her script when I met her in cafe diem), I asked Lloyd for advice only. Am I doing something wrong? This is the only ending I need to fully finish this game.

Edit: you know what? I'm done, I'm tried of trying to get this ending and still getting a normal end. I really dob't know what this ending needs aside from getting all of the scenes and options for that ending. If anyone is kind enough or still has a save file for the producer's ending I would appreciate it.

I just get it!

You must have 300 in Charisma & Fashion (maybe also in Popularity? I had it).
Unblock ??? store.
Help Rachel with her script and meet her at the cafe to exchange mails (and answer her, of course).
Ask Lloyd advice

Aaaand... that's all. In July, the ending comes up.

I did all of that, I had 300 in all stats except fitness. I spoke to Rachel, asked to read her script, met her in the cafe twice (Got her script in email and responded), asked advice from Lloyd. I won the award and I still got default end. I don't know where I got it wrong. If I feel like it I'll try again but I'm lost at where I'm getting it wrong

Uhm... I think I didn't win the award... Did you unblock the ??? store? 'cause I think that is the key if you have done the rest...

you have to meet her at the cafe again after you have recieved her script, if you do not do that you will get the normal end. I did the once myself wondering what I had done wrong.

Welp, I tried again from scratch and managed to get it. It seems the missing key was that I needed to unlock the ??? Store....

Although I'm sure I also unlocked the ??? store on my previous attempts. I'm not sure anymore. Anyways I'm so glad I finished this game. I loved this game but getting this ending really frustrated me.
