Unplayable after mod update fix

Hey guys, I just found a fix to the issue with not being able to play after you install and uninstall mods.

The issue:
If you uninstalled the mods and noticed it doesn't work, it's because very probably a mod is still on the game,even though you dont see it.

The fix: Go to the game properties by right clicking it, and go to "Workshop"
You might see a mod there. DELETE IT
