Stuck Hosting and Cannot Join

I am on Linux Mint 21

I tried to host a game, and even after half an hour of waiting, it was still trying to host a game.
The join random button doesn't do anything, doesn't even make a sound when clicking it.
Trying to join a friend's server doesn't do anything, the game is still on the menu

I've tried changing proton versions, deleting the entire proton directory for the game, verifying the game files, reinstalling the game, and still nothing (the other proton versions trigger the anti-piracy measures)

I have not yet tried other launch options, I would be happy to share gamelogs.

Sorry about that, the team is aware of the issue and are looking into it. Here are some fixes you can try in the meantime that have worked for other players:
- Make sure to uninstall all mods and verify the integrity of the game files.
- Make sure you're running the game through steam.
- Restarting the game will sometimes help.
- Run the game as administrator, you can find steps on how to do so in our troubleshooting guide here https://landfall.se/troubleshooting
- Remove your save files for the game, they can be found at C:\Users\(your username)\AppData\LocalLow\Landfall Games\Content Warning\Saves
- Delete the game recordings stored at C:\Users\(your username)\AppData\Local\Temp\rec

That said we cannot guarantee that the game will work on linux as the game doesn't support linux.

Fixed! Here's what i did: Change proton version to 7+, if the game crashes and says, "Failed to initialize graphics. Make sure you have DirectX 11 installed, have up to date" simply put "PROTON_USE_WINED3D=1 %command%" into launch options. Hope this helps for others experiencing similar problems and unable to find a solution!
