Voice is too low

For some reason my ingame voice is so low that other players can't hear me well, but the ingame settings say my voice volume is at 100%. What can I do ?

Others' audio is fine, it's actually very loud. However, my voice on the recordings is very, very low. When watching the video at the home, my voice is barely audible, and for the other players it's also low.

The problem is not that we are not using the mic, every other player has a normal/high volume, only mine is low. I can upload a video for all to check and understand better what i'm saying.

EDIT: Here is the video, the other player the volume is high but not mine. (We are speaking Portuguese btw)

My fix;

The game uses the mic volume from windows config, I had to increase it to make it louder.
