Video not extracting

We played 5 quotas tonight. We managed to have 2 videos that extracted during the 1st or 2nd quota. After that, none of them did. The game is boring without being able to see the videos. We had several that we really wanted to be able to see. Very disappointing.

We saw something about it not working if one of you has a hyphen or a space in your Windows name. Neither of us do, but one did have a space in our Discord name so she changed that, but it didn't help.

Don't think we will be playing again until that is fixed.

Hi! Really sorry about this. It would be really helpful if you could send us your player log with the steps below, it will give us additional information on the bug!

Right-click on Content Warning in your Steam Library > Properties > In the General tab, add the following in Launch Options: -VideoOutput

Then start the game and get the log right after the bug occurs, you can find it at C:\Users\your username\AppData\LocalLow\Landfall Games\Content Warning > Get the file called “Player” and send it to [e-mail] (please specify in the email that you've followed these steps to get the log).

Adding “-VideoOutput” to your Steam Launch Options might affect the performance in the game, make sure to remove it after you've collected the log and sent it to us.
