can't find "LocalLow" folder
any fixes?

yes, that's when the issue comes in, i don't see LocalLow in my appdata folder, maybe i hid it by accident? i have no clue.
If you press Windows key + R and type %localappdata%low, does it bring you directly to the LocalLow folder?

If the folder is just missing it might be a Windows issue, maybe this will help:

Press and hold the Windows key and the letter R on your keyboard, then type appdata into the prompt that appears and click OK. That should open the AppData folder, where LocalLow is located (if you're using Windows and not a different OS).

oh oh oh! typing "%localappdata%low" bringed me directly to the folder, it was hidden for some reason, thank you very much!
