How to extract/rip assets

So i've wanted to make some mods for the game and take a look at the monster's models and texture's and such but I haven't been able to extract assets to do this and was wondering if anybody here knew how I have tried using asset studio but it doesn't seem to like Content Warning

They function good with unity
