When will we be able to play this game with more than 4 players?

There's a mod out there to increase the playercap allowing for more players to join

Is it working? I saw some mods that inscrease too, but they're not working

The mod Virality doesn't work on it's own at this moment (Devs disabled it because of server traffic), BUT If you want to play with more than 4 players right now you'll have to get the self-sufficient mod too and follow the steps on the mod page it set it up.

I tried using it with thunderstore along with other mods, but it didn't work. however, we tried subscribing to the mod from the steam workshop, and it worked just fine with 5 people.
