Linux question: save to desktop (Flatpak)
This may get hate etc, but it's more a question for the devs or anyone who plays on Linux.

I'm using the flatpak steam version, and after saving the videos to desktop, none of those files end up on mine. I assume it's a Desktop path issue, where the flatpak environment didnt have access to the path, or maybe it was cached. Either way, I'm looking for the logs and if those logs show that path, it might be helpful for me, as I could probably alt-tab and find the files when the game is still launched?

I had a lot of fun last night, was bummed my videos were gone. This is obviously a very nuanced and niche issue, but I'd like anyone's input if they've run into something similar before with other titles.

Thanks for the fun!

the game is saved in the compact folder with the prefix and all the stuff of the game...usually this folder is found along with the common folder where the games are installed...
Example:
/home/$USER/.steam/steam/steamapps/common/Content Warning
this is where the game is installed

/home/$USER/.steam/steam/steamapps/compatdata/2881650/pfx/drive_c/users/steamuser/Desktop
this is the desktop for the game

Search for .webm files stored on your device, that's how I found it

Thank you so much.

I realized I had been looking in my original cache/var path for STEAM, not the library I added and couldn't find the correct pfx folder

You helped me realize I needed to find the pfx in my other compdata path. Thank you!
