I think the five devs working on this are specifically from the Landfall dev team and this is just more of a side project of sorts for them? Just checked Landfall's website, and those five are actually in fact basically the entire Landfall dev team. Much smaller than I thought. One of the devs listed, Wilnyl, is also straight up just the CEO of Landfall. So nah it aint just the publisher
