Personal Mic Volume Adjustment?

So one thing I have noticed when playing the game and then looking back at the recordings is that my mic is actually very quiet, way more quiet than anyone else playing the game with me. It doesn't seem to be a problem when actually playing the game or in other applications such as discord, so I'm wondering if there could be a setting to adjust the output volume of your microphone in the game.

(I know that a solution could be to simply up the output manually in my system settings but then I would need to readjust all my settings for other microphone-dependent applications and I'd honestly prefer not to do that PX

if your talking about the recordings from the camera, i think the volume depends on the distance from the camera, and so its more prone to proximity chat, I'm not too sure tho.

ideally that's how it'd work but it also seems to be the case even when I am the person manning the camera. There was one clip in particular where the audio of my voice when holding the camera was quieter than both one friend doing the exact same thing and another standing a few feet away
