even people with 3070s and a decent CPU have performance issues. really think that this is something they gotta rub out when they have the time after fixing the other critical bugs the game has at the moment. Just remember they're only 5 people and they're being backed by a well loved publisher who doesn't abandon games

Does it lag during specific times (when near monsters or when holding the camera for example) or is it random?

Hi Beth, performance issues tend to exacerbate themselves for me when there are a lot of lights casting shadows. Enemies with lots of holes in them like the whisk heads generate FPS drops for me the most consistently when lights are cast through them. I experience about 5-15 frames dropped when limited to 60 when there are multiple complicated monsters nearby with lights shone on them- this doesn't seem to have nearly as major of an impact to performance if say there are 2-5 snail men walking around.

My friends also report FPS drops when the camera is active 99.9% of the time, but only if they're the one holding the camera when it activates. We all have cards and cpus above the recommended for the game.

Thanks for the extra information, I'll forward it to the team! :)

I'm getting massive lag spikes during enemies path finding to the players, same thing happens in lethal company without the pathfinding lag fix.
