not letting me host game?

stuck on loading bar and then non responding...anyone else having this issue?

FOUND A FIX. This worked for me at least, go to the game files by browsing local files when right clicking the game on steam, then run the game as administrator

If what MrKFC said didn't work. Create a new Windows user with administrator privilege

My best guess is there is an unorthodox temporary file places that has permission issue.
