Microphone quiet

Is it just me or is anyone else having trouble when you put your video into the tv whenever I have the camera my mic is very quiet my friends sound fine. Is there anyway to turn up my microphone in game?

Edit* lowk haven't played this is months and this still gets replys but they DEF fixed it in an update like months ago so TY EVERYONE FOR THE REPLIES AND HELP <3

I'm having the same issue here. I'm using a Blue Snowball mic and it usually pics me up just fine. Friends can still hear me no problem on discord, it's just that I'm extremely quiet in-game.

Same issue. The in-game voice chat is not working for the host player, and the video also has no voice.

also on a blue snowball and it’s quiet, i’m probably just gonna use an external mic booster or see if i can set the mic volume setting above 1.0 manually by changing the settings file

the issue we’re referring to is mic volume, not the voice chat not working

my friends can still hear me but i’m just super quiet and in the videos i can barley hear myself

i guess but my friends sound fine and im the only quiet one so i dont think its really a good fix

My friends can hear me fine in game but I cant hear myself on videos

In game VC works for me and all my friends. I can also hear all my friends in the video but I cant hear me

yo same problem, we are extreamly quiet while in game, dicord etc, is fine

I had this issue to but in the pause menu on the top right there should be a slider for friends mics

that won’t fix the videos, our OWN MICS are quiet and the videos audio volume for voices is irrelevant to however you put the volume for your friends, i can barley hear myself in the videos and there’s nothing i or my friends can do

Same problem, on the video my friend sounds fine but I sound super quiter (hoster). The in game voices are fine, the problem is soley the video
