Dropping the Camera into the Disc Machine
How is this supposed to work? When we throw the camera into the machine, the flap will shut, but the camera will be laying on top. That's if we can even get the camera anywhere close to the deposit hole to begin with...

If you walk up to the machine with the camera equipped, pressing yourself against it, and then tapping Q to drop the camera, it should go right in. It does for me multiple times.

If you aren't as lucky, try hopping on top of the machine and dropping it in from above.

The camera should go inside, the flap close over it, then the screen changes.

You may also have better luck restarting the game maybe?

Same issue happening here - the camera doesnt go in, and floats above the hole it supposed to go into.

I've been standing on the disc machine and dropping the camera in, dunno how reliable any other method is

We've been doing what we call the "blood sacrifice" method, where one of us gets on the machine and stands as much in the hole they can, and then crouches so that they're inside the machine with the camera. And then they drop it. That's been the most effective for us.

This CAN'T be intentional, right? It just can't be- You even run risk of losing the camera this way.

had the same issue, hope it gets fixed. the camera seems to snag on some part of the inside of the box and clip back out. it did some sweet flips, but i'm sad our recording didn't work. we're tried dunking it, long range throwing it, standing on the box lid, standing in the box, even recording more footage to see if it was that issue. fingers crossed that the issue is identified.
when i drop the camera it teleports into the sky and gets stuck
