Microphone option is blank - no one can hear me

I can't select a microphone option. I'm using bluetooth headphones and I can hear everything, but it's not recognizing my microphone. Discord is picking up my mic though

How I fixed this issue:
1. Start the game
2. On your comp, go to Settings>System>Sound>App Volume and Device Preferences.
3. Find Content Warning and Change your Input Device to the microphone you are using.
4. Restart the game and It should now detect your microphone.
5. Enjoy

Im having the same problem. I followed these steps, uninstalled and reinstalled, verified file integrity and everything but it doesnt work.
