Failed to extract video

It is as it says. We tried to extract a video for upload, but it took way longer than normal before saying it failed to extract and we got no video to upload. Does that mean that everything that day was for nothing?

HI! Sorry about that, we are looking into it! In the meantime you can use F3 to at least extract the videos for your own use.

hitting F3 will open a file explorer window that contains the recording of the run
