Hi, I had 3 things causing this problem, and I think I kind of know why. Right now, content warning has no way to change audio output ingame, so it chooses one output device as the game starts, and sticks with that. To make sure it chooses the right one:
1. Don't use bluetooth. I'm not sure why, but it won't work.
2. Go into sound settings on your computer. Select "output". If a device is not
marked as disabled (with a black or red arrow on windows) then right click on it and mark it as
disabled. do this for every sound device EXCEPT the one you are using.
3. Steelseries software doesn't work with it, at least for me. I know steelseries uses different channels for voice and game audio output, so thats probably the issue. I used to have a steelseries headset, so i needed to uninstall the software for the game to work

I hope this helped

I have the same issues, audio works with boombox , microphone, and while i am dead in game. Everybody can hear me and others but I cannot hear anybody unless I have one of those items or I am dead. also audio works while we watch the replay video.

I have the same probleme and I fix hit !!

1 - Open the sound settings (with audio inputs and outputs) activate only your headphones, deactivate all the rest of the inputs/outputs.

I have a steelseries headset the problem with it is that in the outputs it offers me 2, a "steelseries telephone headset" output and a second "steelseries game headset" I deactivated the first and activated the second.

If it work enjoy !
