Is this new PC version touch screen compatible?
I enjoyed the game on Android quite a lot (I even wrote a fan letter, believe it or not...) and would like to replay on my Windows tablet. Does the Windows version include touch screen and motion sensor support as an option; essentially the same controls as the mobile version?

Touch screen controls are fully supported, exactly the same as on mobile. We changed the motion sensor puzzles though.

Thanks for your answer, that's good to hear. You might want to include this information in the game's description, as there are very few quality touch screen games for Windows currently available, especially on Steam.

By the way, I tested the game using Steam's family sharing option when I found out that a friend had it. Turns out the game has lower hardware requirements than stated on the store page. An Atom Z3740D is fast enough for low settings - which still look better than the mobile version.

Thanks for letting us know! Setting hardware requirements is a bit of a black art, so we decided to be a little cautious...

I'm trying to play The Room using my touchscreen monitor in Windows 10 right now. It seems to respond quite well to touches whenever it says to use the "left mouse button," but I was not able to get past the part in the tutorial where it tells me to "use the right mouse button to zoom out." I don't even have a mouse attached to my computer. How can I zoom out just using the touchscreen?

Thanks.

Thanks.

You should be able to zoom out by "pinching" using two finger. Put two fingers on screen an inch or two apart, and move them together.

Thank you, that does indeed work! It was a little embarrassing to not be able to progress any further than the tutorial. :)
