How do i set game to English from menus?
My game has set itself to my computer's language but i feel like the enigmas doesn't make sense while i have to enter a 4 letters word to unlock a door but i doubt the word is in my Language while the enigma IS... Am i looking for a word in my language or a word in English?

If you want to change languages then I believe that you right-click the game title in your Steam library; click properties; and then go to the language tab?

I think that whichever puzzle it is the solution should be somewhere in the game. So probably the way to solve it is by exploring the rest of the environment some more? I don't know that changing the game language will help with this.
I couldn't tell, all i know is that i'm searching for a 4 letter word that is or isn't English and that is what sticks 4 elements together, somehow.

I set french and finished this game after 3.7 hours after start. U dont need read text to complete

The game doesn't have riddles like that. The needed password comes up elsewhere.

No matter what your language is, the game holds the answer.
I thought that the goal of alchemy was to get the philosopher stone and live forever but "life" can't be the word, "atom" can't be the word either... I'm quite lost. And in French it would be even more difficult to find a word that fits 4 letter because "vie" is a 3 letters word.
Can'T either be the first letters of "feu, eau, air, terre" because those letters aren't all availlable but just a few. I broke through most the puzzles i bet but i'm clueless about the clues written on that sheet of paper... And the language barrer might or mightn't pose a problem... Seems according to what i read here that it doesn't but then i have to stop thinking English and think French for once. That puzzle is puzzling :P lol
"Le Cercle sont des fous"... I assume it's a wink to the fiction shadow group "Le Cercle"?

Oh dang, i can write the word "CAKE" how fantastic. But so useless :P

According to wordfind.com, all these could be "the word i'm looking for" IF i'm indeed looking for a word and not just a random combinaison of letters.

"insert space every 4 letters oh please my dear magic house elf"

Anyway... I'm not looking for an answer but for a clue. Because i'm quite clueless at the moment. Not a big fan of alchemy.

Could be "link" or "lien" because that's what's between atoms and elements, links, in French, liens, but the letter N is absent from the selection.

Yeahhhh.. I'm pretty much convinced that i would have a better time playing the game in English even tho i'm French.

Oh... Could set it from steam's game list by right clicking the title and then "properties" and set English under the "language" tab.

At least now i know that the device part uses the same letters in French and English. The riddle on the sheet is way less of a headache in its original form. As if "Null" translated to "zero" it's more of a "nada".

Too bad there's no "O" either. The word could have been "soul".

And the answer has nothing to do with the philosopher's rock. Because i would have heard the device click upon entering the four letters "R, O, C, K.". Dang.

Dang :o i just found a wick in one of the device's feet. Maybe i'm getting closer to the answer i'm looking for and will get something out of that telescope and device that keeps clapping into my ears :3 Like i said, i'm not looking for answers here but clues but i think i'm-a resolve it all on my own like a good-boy. :)

And now time to set that all back to French :D "Speak human oh would you?"

Yup. All fixed now. And i know the word i was looking for. And it's clearly not translated :P

REally, finding that wick unlocked all the rest of the puzzles :P

I love this principle of "a key brings another keyhole, a keyhole brings another key" that's funny :P

I keep editting and editting but i just wana say that once just a tiny missing bit is found, every keyhole leads to every keys so fast that it's giving me vertigo, "or sumfin" :P lol

>>OMG, A boxfull of spiders :o ... Nevermind it's just cogs and gears<<

Let's call this a CLOSED THREAD

Aw, i wish i had more time to observe the inside of the box :(

Dang, the more i play this game, the more it reminds me of Conarium :3 (now i'm at box#3 and just revealed a skymap) ... Of Conarium ... And "the last door". I bet it's about time i start playing games with the game. ...But this ain'T easy. I have no other worries than how to grab on destiny. Let's see.

Edit > Dang, i just found a linker in chapter 4. Nobody will know what i mean and it's fine like that.
2 linkers now... But i'm clueless where they lead. Like i said, i play game with game.

Aw ain't that cute. More eyes. I learned recently that it's a representation of hypothalamus.

Oh :o Guess what? More eyes. Wasn't that Kanye West who sang a song which sounds like "all eyes on me"? I feel like a real life Truman. {"I know that feel" -Jim}

I feel like there are too many eyes in video games. "Look at me master" they say. Pueril.

Hmm... Gold.

The more i play this game, the more i feel like it has the same insights as i. The closer i get to this said "element zero" the more i feel like i figure out stuff on my own that for others took generations to get at. (i guess i'm at puzzle 4 or 5 right now, it's a table with a sketchpad and a brush)

This game gives me goosebumps. {3, 2, 1.} is a strong linker. And again i'm probably alone to know waht i mean.

Dang... And now a short piano. https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/844778849/gr-1-granular-synthesizer?ref=61m191&token=a1a1f2fb

I hate/love when mysterious stuff crosses from the world of ideas to the world of existence. A clear case of goosebumps.

Oyy :( They broke my thingie's glass :( Well well... time to move to The Room 2. Once i found that wick and lit the thingiescope, it went so quick it gives me vertigo... And goosebumps. Now, The Room 2.
3, 2, 1, make some noise!

Oh nice, they replaced my thingiescope's broken glass in Episode 2 :D I've seen there were more than 2 "the room" availlable but there are only 2 on Steam?

LOL... So the guy who went there before me (and any player) in 1983, the guy who writes the notes here and there and who's letter on the table is destined, is just an amateur looter, is that it? lol... I h8 looters :P Haha. Me iz so cleverer than he.

2018/02/01 edit : Close to finish 2nd episode tho the more i progress, the more clues becomes just an annoying ding in my inverted stereo headphones. Uh uh uh :P I'm like... Way ahead of clues and need them close to never... Here or there and that's it lol :P

Hmm... Monotomic gold aka black goo... That game's getting "poignant".
