Bloom graphics setting

I feel like this effect is way too extreme. Ive played with it on for a long time, turning it off it looks a lot more bland and lighter. However, I feel like the blur effect and darkness of the bloom lighting is way too much and i just cant use it anymore, it warps everything and is kinda muddy. Opinions?

i never liked bloom in any game, its to make pretty pictures, but to me it looses its
realism, the sliders ingame are good enough to adjust levels.
did you play with them?

theres no slider for bloom

No, turn off bloom and start working with the sliders on the bottom of the graphic settings tab in game. For me these are also way enough to get the picture I want in the game.

I slide every one to the far left and I'd set 'em lower if i could. :-)

I like playing the golf course.

If I want to see pretty grass and trees I'll go outside. :-)

Shadows are a pretty importantant part of seeing the elevation on a golf course. Leaves on trees are important for playing around them.. To each their own

I've actually been using bloom lately and I do prefer it. Only thing is on some courses there's a blueish tint in the center of my screen I think this is when there is too much bloom due to the angle of the sun at some times.

I like using vignette, but not so much the bloom effect. iirc the vignette used to be on it's own adjustment slider.
