Where is Course Forge, how do I run it?

I can play PG, but how do I start/run Course Forge?

I don't design courses so I don't know.
I do know you can get lots of help(especially on Course Forge)on the Perfect Parallel forum.The site is one of the pinned topics.Also on PGLS.

I'm not sure if you have to sign up to the forum to see that, but it's possible. Also, the search button on that forum is the gear icon on the top right of every page - I mention this because most people ask shortly after they visit!

Here's link for PGLS-you do have to register(anti spam measure) but it's free.it has downloadable courses and tournaments and lots more.
