How do you enable Futa Mode?

Found where to enable Lesbian Mode & Forge-A-Female but not where to enable Futa Mode.

To enable Futa Mode, go to any Fill Er' Up / Chicks with ♥♥♥♥♥ that can be found in Missionary Beach or Gabacho Heights. There is a Futa Icon there where you can turn it on.

Is it possible to find futa outside? or only in Chicks with ♥♥♥♥♥ ?

If you turn Futa mode on, Futa girls will appear everywhere in the world.
