My game crashed / I found a bug in the demo – where do I report it?

If possible, include a video or GIF of the bug

i cant find anything, and i want to report a crach. we used the bird and when is was solved it all crached.

Regarding the well crash, it's related to DirectX 12.

Here's how you can force the game to run in DirectX 11, which is often more stable:

How to force DirectX 11:

Open Steam

Go to your Library

Right-click on Escape Simulator 2

Select Properties

In the General tab, scroll down to Launch Options

Type this into the box:

-force-d3d11

Close the window and launch the game

I was spamming the chess pieces and taking stuff and it froze in the lobby. It worked regardless of the legality of the move, and the piece I was taking or took with. I don't have a video but it's easy to recreate, just start spam clicking taking pieces.

Stuck in the game startup interface, the gear in the lower left corner keeps turning. I can hear the BGM but can not enter the game. SAD.

Hi. I'm soryy but I do not know how to extract my log file. I can just tell my experience : I finished my demo with friends and it was great. The problem : the players (other than the host) kept bugging and getting kicked out the game. They had to log back in and the demo didn't appreciate a joiner in game (not in the waiting lobby). Furthermore, we could play until 3 players. When a fourth player tried to join, the whole lobby crashed.
I still want to say that the demo was great and complete and we had a great time. THANK YOU

I was playing with a friend, they hosted, and while in shared zoom mode, I got stuck when they exited zoom mode. It was the mechanical gear box. I guess I was turning something when he exited and then I couldn't exit.
