I may have oversold the "reservation system" that the passengers use. It's a very small part of the pathfinding system, and passengers only reserve seats on trains that are about to stop at the station. It's built to handle the case of multiple trains about to stop at a station at the same time, so only as many trains that actually need to stop do.
One or two of the previous bugs were fixed when we found a few issues with the reservations getting stuck, that's why I mentioned that it may also be the cause of this problem.

You're in luck! We'll be removing both of those in the next update too. ;)
The track with no train is likely because you didn't have any trains left in reserve when you put down the track. Aka, you only get a train on the line if you have an unused one at the time you lay down the track. This is often unnoticed because trains are earned every week and if you put down a track as soon as you earn it, you will likely have your weekly train available. However, if you use up your trains before you lay your new track, a train doesn't automatically pop up.
If you did have a train in reserve and it didn't pop up when you laid down the line, that is definitely a bug and I'll nudge you to get the logs when that happened.
You both crack me up! :P
