If there is an issue while in the game place a ticket using the in-game option and wait for a response. Don't be rude be nice and things will go much smoother. They will answer them as they can. There are more people in que for support than their is staff to help them.

I don't even recommend playing right now. It's all kinds of glitchy. I have gloves that I can't unequip, bank/inventory/equipped items are randomly shuffling when I log off and back on, and I've had money and items just simply be deleted in the process. Lost hours of progress today because of this.

Don't bother playing... i spent the last day gathering wood and leveling up skills like bow crafting to have the entire thing rolledback to my character like 10 minutes after it was created...

my bank reset's its self everytime i log out/in, all my wood stores and money keep disappearing, and giving my 'invisible' items that i cannot see or use, but take up my inventory space...

this is literally the worst servers/server problems ive ever seen in a game, took over 2 hours to log in... before being sent out again for maintainence...
then 20 mins of main, and another hour to log in...

Honestly want a refund of my time...

okay guys, most of you are being petty from when the game first began and letting it sour your view of the game. Those problems from the beginning of the game? they were solved. These problems are happening now because everyone is excited about the game thus its usual player base has doubled or even tripled. It is only one server so of course its buggy now. They solved the issues before I have no doubt they can do it again. If we have to wait a bit for that, then thats just fine. by the way since the server is so over loaded with steam players why not say make one more server for people to split between? I mean I remember this issue with Defiance back then. It had such a huge player base because playstation users, xbox users, and pc users were all on one server. the difference in this scenerio? the devs actually seem to care. they solved the issue the first time and like I said I have no doubt they'll do it again. their doing everything possible so everyone can enjoy Mortal Online.

Being old Ultima players, some friends and I are very excited and patient to get in game and survive the challenges in store for us! As a game dev, keep pushing through the negative comments guys, after the fixes you all can finally sleep! we have experienced most all the same problems that have been mentioned but that how new launches go sometimes. Keep up the work devs, we will check back soon!

quess makes them feel more like a man that they can 1hit a noob lol

sad alot games have this but also alot of games are fixing that prob now

rpk reminds me of 1 of the worst guild on uo in early days hunt new players run from higher lev then them lol

SuicideMike, I agree that PK'ing has been a problem in some other games. But as you said, most of those games have taken measures to minimize the effects upon new players. Not so in this game. That is why there is such a small player population in this game. Imagine logging in for the first time(IF you can log in at all lol) and being ganked the instant that you materialize...over and over and over. How many new players are going to stick around for that? Pretty darn few Id say lol! But good luck to you :)

I cannot even get it past the opening splash screens consistently. When it does bring up log in page it is lagging like crazy. I have tried to make one character so far and then it froze. There is nothing from the game telling me what is going on (like a disconnect or error message). I will wait a week to try and log in again then if unsuccessful I guess I will just delete.

@Podsix i can't even get past the login button :p this game looks like it's going to be fun
