Where can I buy passive regener's books?

If you have a character in Beth then check the building near the bank with all the librarians. One there may have it. But not possitive.

I believe the hermit librarian or veteran librarian may have the book, it costs 10 gold. It also randomly drops from walking dead generals’ loot bag.

If I’m not mistaken, you can find the hermit librarian in the Tindrem mage towers, and the veteran librarian in the guard tower south of Meduli, but both locations are unguarded.
