EAC not working
Hello.

I need help with this game. It won't start when I choose the first option (with EAC). error code was "start_protected_game.exe" was missing. How do I install or find this exe file? I can't find at anywhere.

EAC not working
Hello.

Need help with my game. It states that I am missing file "start_protected_game.exe" How do I fix this issue?? I can't find it anywhere. There's no Easy Anti Cheat in my folder when I installed the game. Please help.

Check that your antivirus hasn't quarantined the game's executable for some reason. You might have to whitelist it.

i have no antivirus active

have you tried verifying your game files, it should replace anything that is missing

Nope. Tried to look for it but it's not there.

EAC is preventing me from playing online as well.

EDIT: I fixed my issue after logging out and back into steam.
